In Memory of Eugene Pecher

The members of Fairfield Community Fire Company mourn the loss of a cherished Life Member, Eugene Pecher, who passed away on August 24. As the oldest member of Company 2, his years of dedication and service left a lasting impact on our organization and community.

Today, our flags fly in his honor, reflecting the respect and gratitude we hold for his lifelong commitment. His legacy will live on through the memories he created and the lives he touched. He will be greatly missed by his fellow members and friends.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time.

Company 2 Responds to MVA today on Cold Springs Rd.

This afternoon Company 2 responded to a motor vehicle accident (MVA) on Cold Springs Rd. The accident consisted of 1 vehicle (motorcycle) that left the roadway. Driver received medical attention at the scene and was transported to a local hospital for additional treatment.

Company 2 Fire Police were also on scene and assisted with traffic flow. Pennsylvania State Police also responded and are investigating. No other issues were reported.

Company 2 Fire Police assist with disabled vehicle call

Earlier tonight Company 2 Fire Police responded to a call on Fairfield Road to assist with traffic control for a disabled vehicle. The vehicle was towed to a nearby parking lot and traffic flow quickly resumed.

No other issues were reported on this call.

September Meat Raffle - Saturday September 12th

Our first Meat Raffle of the Fall is scheduled on Saturday September 12th. Doors open at 4:30 PM with dinner being served at 6:00 PM. Cost of admission is $15.00, includes meal and 5 raffle tickets. Teens 11 - 17 years of age cost $5.00, under 10 years of age are free.

Small Games of Chance will be available for purchase. Tell your family and friends!
