Update- 7:30 pm - issue is fixed. Pressure should be building back up.

Lakewood/Tanglewood - we are aware of an issue with your water pressure. We have someone on their way to work on it.

Good morning, Lakewood. We have just been made aware of a water issue there. We will keep you updated here.

12:20 Update- we have a crew at the well house working on the problem.

2:00 Update - pressure is building and all should be working.

08/30/2025

5:00 am update: issue is repaired and water is back on.

Wildwood: we are having issues at one of our well houses. Water is off. We have someone there working on it now, I will update here.

Lakewood/Tanglewood -
Thank you for your patience last night and today. Everything is back on track.

Update 3:30 pm - we are replacing one more part. Water will be off momentarily.
Update 1:00 pm - we are slowly adding water back to the system. If it’s not an urgent need, please don’t use water for the next hour. That will help pressure build back into the entire system.

Update 12:30 pm - pressure tank is fixed. We are filling with water now and building pressure in the tank.
Update 11:00am - we have shut down the system to fix an issue with the pressure tank. Bear with us. Service should be restored soon.
Update 8:00 am - parts are installed. Pressure should begin to increase soon.
Update 6:30 am - we have been working on it all night. Driving now to pick up another part.
Update 11:35 pm - an issue with the boost pump. Electrician is on his way.

We are working to figure out what is going on with the low pressure. We will update here.
