It's game day, Tigers!

Friday nights bring our students, families, alumni, staff, and community together, and we all play a part in keeping that experience safe, welcoming, and enjoyable.

As you prepare to cheer on our Tigers, please review the updated FCS Game Day Guidelines and talk with your students about expectations before arriving.

Remember:

Middle school students must attend with a parent or guardian. Students and guests should remain in designated areas, demonstrate appropriate behavior and sportsmanship, and leave campus promptly following the game.

And wherever our Tigers go, Fairfield Pride travels with us. At home or away, let's represent our schools and community with character.

Is there anything you wish someone understood right now?

A few intentional minutes can create an opening for connection, encouragement, and support.

💚 September Mental Health & Wellness Focus: Hope Lives Here

This September, Fairfield City Schools is centering connection, recovery, help-seeking, and hope as part of our districtwide Mental Health & Wellness focus.

Sometimes hope begins with a simple conversation. For our students, that may mean identifying a trusted adult they can turn to when life feels heavy. For our faculty and staff, it means recognizing when they need care, rest, or support too. For our families, it means creating space for honest conversations at home.

As we begin a new month, we want every member of our FCS community to know that asking for help is a sign of strength, and support is available.

Students and families can connect with their school counselor, and Cahaba Medical Care counselors are available on each FCS campus to provide additional support. You may also contact FCS Mental Health Coordinator Corene Gardner at [email protected] for assistance connecting to available mental health and wellness resources.
