Carroll Sanders innocent and Criminal states attorney refuses to show body cam footage as evidence.

I have written plenty but I am trying to talk about it more because I need to improve my abilities in this area. The video is from today (12/15/23, Day #1320 of prosecution).

I wrote this about the Wayne County Jail to the Mayor of The City of Fairfield Illinois on 5/13/2020:

"I was bleeding when I went in. I asked for a bandaid. A Co said he would get me one. He said he couldn't find one. I was offered a paper towel and told I would be brought one. After being examined naked, I was placed in a cell, with a toilet/sink combo and a mat. There were no linens or toilet paper. It was morning and I hadn't s**t. And I was cold, but not too cold. I asked if I got linens and toilet paper and Adam said I did and that he would get them. 30 Min passes and he beeps off on my door and I ask again for toilet paper and linens. He says he will get them again. 30 Min passes and he comes back by. I request it again. He says he will bring it. He did not. A new CO came on shift and I requested it from him. He said he would get it. I began asking through the hole to whoever "Can I at least have some toilet paper?" More time passes. No tp. I also never got that bandaid, so I still had the bloody rag. I used it to wipe my ass after I s**t.

I went in at 7am-ish, missing breakfast. At 10something a CO finally said that an Inmate would bring me my linens and toilet paper. Lunch was served; a TV dinner and some applesauce. I was brought tp and a blanket by a kid named AJ, who was complaining to the CO about black mold (I was diagnosed with bronchitis upon exiting the jail. I'm not recovered).

I asked about liquids. He told me I would be given cups. I wasn't. He forgot to bring them. A guard didn't make sure I had liquid. They depended fully upon inmates being loud and of sound mind (and then, who knows if something would ever be brought, correct?).
Sometime after lunch co toombz came by and gave me my glasses but told me I could not have my Albuterol inhaler. They said they needed to seek doctor approval for me to use a rescue inhaler. I said I was ok for then. Some hours passed and I had some difficulty breathing, and began asking for my inhaler. I was told no that it still wasn't approved.
At dinner I was given two cups of grape juice but no inhaler. I asked for it again later and was told no. Nearing what I thought was bedtime/lights out in the first night, a CO change had occurred and a giant CO had come on duty. I said "may I please use my inhaler before lights out?"

The CO brought my inhaler to the door. Through the door, he began to taunt me. He said, you know you are a fu***ng idiot right? You have me control over this and you need it right? Do you know how much of an idiot you are for allowing me to have it? He tells me that I'm talking so I obviously don't need it very badly. I admit I'm an idiot hoping he gives it to me. He leaves. Out the window of the cell I say to the other inmates "who the f*ck was that idiot?". All i heard in response was silence, and those guys talked about everything. He heard me though. He entered the cell and told me he was the boss and that I was an idiot some more and held my inhaler out of my reach and finally after he had ran me down long enough, he allowed me to have it. I took 3 puffs because it had been over 5 hrs since I had first asked, in need.
The CO lost it. "OMG WHAT THE F**K IS WRONG WITH YOU DO YOU NOT EVEN KNOW HOW TO USE YOUR OWN MEDICINE? HOW MANY PUFFS ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO TAKE, 3? NO YOU F**KING KNOW BETTER AND DONT TELL ME YOU DONT. IM A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL IN MY OTHER JOB, AND I KNOW FOR A FACT A DOCTOR SAYS NO MORE THAN TWO PUFFS. YOU WONT BE SEEING THIS AGAIN TONIGHT AND IF YOU EVER USE IT LIKE THAT AGAIN, YOULL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN. YOU THINK YOUR PRETTY SMART PLAYING GAMES BUT ILL KEEP YOU IN HERE FOR THE FULL 72 HR QUARANTINE THE OTHER COS PUT YOU ON. YOU DO WHAT I SAY UNDERSTAND? IM THE EASIEST CO TO GET ALONG WITH BY FAR" "Now try to get some sleep", and he kills the light as he leaves.
The following day, bail was set without seeing a judge, AT 5000, meaning they didn't want to let me out. Fortunately I have friends.

So #1 black mold
#2 I didn't mention it, but the water in the sink came out brown. I didn't dare.
#3 I wiped my ass with a bloody towel because that was my best option
#4 i was repeatedly denied medication.
#5 who yells at someone for having a disease?
#6 a CO MUST verify that inmates have food and water. THEY ARENT.

How was bail set without seeing a judge?

Have you seen the video? Surely you are aware I went to jail because I asked that officer for space.

Help me help you."

Writing is in quotations because it is the exact wording from 5/13/20 to then Fairfield IL Mayor Brent Maguire.

I sure do we had journalism on Earth. ✌️⚽
