The Fairhaven Belonging Committee along with other organizing town groups are coordinating Snow Helpers to help dig out fire hydrants and bus stops after the historc blizzard!
Small acts make a big difference, especially for safety. In an emergency and for our kids getting to school. Stay tuned for details on how to get involved!

Remember the A&T Students were just teenagers when they took a stand that sparked huge student activity & civil rights movement. We celebrate Black History Month & look forward to supporting events held in partnership with Milicent Library.

The National Park Service has designated the F.W. Woolworth Co. Building, where four North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University freshmen staged a sit-in that buoyed the Civil Rights Movement, a National Historic Landmark.
