In Mrs. Kirkland’s class, reading buddies visited from Mrs. Stubblefield’s homeroom one day and from Mr. Warner’s homeroom another day!

After listening to the book “Mouse Shapes” students from Mrs. Norris’s first grade class worked in pairs using the Kagan structure “Rally Table” to create a shared piece of shape art!

Good golly, it’s Dolly!
Students in library with Mrs. Stejskal got to learn a little about Dolly Parton and her life, career, positivity, kindness and the creation of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library! After reading quotes by her found in the book, Who is Dolly Parton, students made art with the quotes and posted them around campus to truly brighten our day!
