Biblioteca: Investigación de la Escena del Crimen (CSI) – Excursión a SIUE
Sábado, 19 de Septiembre ⋅ 8:30 a. m. – 2:30 p. m.

Como parte de la serie de actividades "CSI: Library" (Investigación de la Escena del Crimen en la Biblioteca) dirigida a preadolescentes y adolescentes, se invita a los jóvenes de los grados 5 a 12 a una excursión a SIUE. Los participantes realizarán actividades prácticas de ciencia forense y recorrerán los laboratorios de la universidad; posteriormente, disfrutarán de un almuerzo y de una visita a la Biblioteca Lovejoy.

Es necesario inscribirse para este evento gratuito. Todos los participantes deben entregar el formulario de responsabilidad y el formulario de pedido de almuerzo completados para poder asistir a la excursión.

Se recogerá a los participantes en la Biblioteca de Fairmont City a las 8:45 a. m. y en la Biblioteca Collinsville Memorial a las 9:15 a. m. Se recomienda llegar a la biblioteca 15 minutos antes de la hora prevista de recogida para completar el registro y entregar toda la documentación necesaria al personal de la biblioteca.

El regreso a la Biblioteca Collinsville Memorial será aproximadamente a la 1:45 p. m., y a la Biblioteca de Fairmont City, aproximadamente a las 2:15 p. m. Los padres o tutores que deban recoger a los jóvenes por la tarde deben llegar a la biblioteca al menos 15 minutos antes de las horas estimadas de regreso, debido a posibles cambios en el itinerario el mismo día de la actividad.

We mourn the passing of Dolly Parton. She was an incredible humanitarian and champion of literacy. Dolly's legacy lives on through the Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.

Register your child in Dolly Parton's Imagination Library and get a FREE BOOK every month until their 5th birthday. If your child lives in Madison County and is Age 0 to 5 years old, register them for Dolly Parton's Imagination Library to receive a free book each month that is mailed directly to your home.

If your child attends the Collinsville School District but lives in St. Clair County, they are still eligible for participation in the Dolly Parton Imagination Library. However, you will need to register your child by emailing [email protected] or calling (618) 363-1038. In the email, please provide ALL of the following information: CHILD'S FIRST NAME/MIDDLE INITIAL/LAST NAME, PARENT FIRST/LAST NAME, PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL, ADDRESS/CITY/ZIP, CHILD'S DATE OF BIRTH AND BOOK LANGUAGE PREFERENCE: ENGLISH OR SPANISH.
