Child Watch is just around the corner!
🧩 Child Watch Visitation Day – April 7, 2026
Do you know what a child experiences when they enter the child welfare system?
Do you know what it feels like to leave home… to pack your belongings in a trash bag… to move into a new place with people you’ve never met...to meet strangers who will make life-changing decisions?
On Tuesday, April 7, 2026 (8:15 AM – 3:30 PM), our community has the opportunity to walk through that journey and see the system through a child’s eyes.
Child Watch Visitation Day is an interactive experience designed to help you understand the real steps children and families in Marion County go through in abuse and neglect cases — and how local agencies work together to protect, support, and advocate for them.
When we understand their journey, we can better stand beside them. 💙
