Last week we proudly sponsored a Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce event at Bonnie & Clyde in the Village of Fairport.
Located in the former Fairport National Bank and Trust Company building, Bonnie & Clyde is a strong example of adaptive reuse in Fairport’s downtown district. The 1924 local landmark has been transformed into a modern restaurant and cocktail bar while preserving key architectural elements of the original bank - including a private chef's table in "The Vault," and a walk-up patio bar in the former drive-through teller window!
With business incentives and support from Fairport OCED, this project helped bring new activity, jobs, and long-term value to an underutilized iconic downtown property.
Now is a great time to take a fresh look at Fairport, a village where historic character and charm, local business momentum, and new investment are creating an increasingly dynamic place to visit, gather, and grow.
