Responding to calls for service around the clock, we answered over 5,200 requests in 2021. Beyond emergency response, we offer CPR, First Aid, and Stop the Bleed training regularly. As an American Heart Association (AHA) Training Site, we're aligned with Monroe Community College in Rochester, NY. Our nationally certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians are available to inspect car seats on a re

gular or by appointment basis. Keep track of our next inspection station times by checking the Events tab regularly! Our loan cupboard offers temporary usage of mobility aids, including canes, crutches, walkers, and wheelchairs. Some items are in heavy demand and are subject to certain restrictions; please call or visit our base to learn of current availability.

Perinton Ambulance is seeking outstanding candidates for the position of CREW CHIEF / LIEUTENANT. The ideal candidate will have a valid NYS Paramedic certification, be 21+ years of age with an insurable driver's license, and NIMS 100, 200, and 700. This position will be working a "two-on, two-off, three-on" schedule between the hours of 05:00 and 17:00 hours.

Benefits include hourly wage range of $32-$40 commensurate with experience, Day 1 BC/BC insurance with a Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan to cover copays and deductibles. Also included is a 5% match into a 401k account starting Day 1, double time pay for holidays worked, and the Stryker ALS 360 program, including Power-LOAD and PowerPro 2 cots on each ambulance.
