This week, the City of Fairview Heights, IL celebrated a ribbon cutting ceremony for The Rathskeller at Andria's Steakhouse!

This newly remodeled space brings a piece of Andria’s history back to life. Andria’s first opened its original basement Rathskeller in 1978, and nearly 50 years later, the new Rathskeller pays tribute to those beginnings with a cozy 28-seat setting featuring small plates and handcrafted cocktails.

We are grateful to the Andria’s team for continuing to invest in Fairview Heights and finding new ways to build on the restaurant’s long history in our community.

Congratulations to everyone who helped bring The Rathskeller to life! We look forward to seeing this new space become another great place for people to gather, dine and enjoy everything Andria’s has to offer.

We are excited to celebrate the ribbon cutting for The Rathskeller, the newest addition to Andria's Steakhouse in Fairview Heights.

The Rathskeller pays tribute to where Andria’s began in 1978, when the restaurant’s original basement space was filled with good food and conversation.

Now, that same space has been thoughtfully remodeled into an intimate setting featuring small plates and handcrafted cocktails, with seating for just 28 guests on select nights. The space will also be available for private gatherings and special events.

Be sure to join us next Thursday, August 13th at 5:00 p.m. to experience The Rathskeller for yourself! For more information, visit their website at www.andrias.com/rathskeller

Located at 6805 Old Collinsville Rd.
