Today, Mayor Schneider and the Fairview Park Chamber of Commerce celebrated the soft grand opening of Chicken Salad Chick with a ribbon cutting.

Serving fresh-made chicken salad, soups, sides and sweet treats, there are so many options to choose from!

Chicken Salad Chick officially opens tomorrow, August 25! And if you're looking for a reason to be one of the first in line, the first 100 guests will have a chance to win free chicken salad for a year!

We're also excited to introduce the people behind the new location, Doug & Angela Fitch. As first-time franchise owners, Doug and Angela are bringing the first Chicken Salad Chick to the greater Cleveland area. With nearly 40 years of combined experience in restaurant operations, franchising, sales and administration, they're looking forward to creating a welcoming place for the community to gather and enjoy a little Southern hospitality.

Welcome to Fairview Park, Doug, Angela and the Chicken Salad Chick team!
