STATE COST SHARE EMERGENCY DROUGHT PROGRAM YEAR 4 WILL BE OPEN ON MONDAY MARCH 9, 2026 @ 8:30 A.M. PLEASE COME SEE US! IT IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. ALSO IF YOU WERE ON OUR ED3 PROGRAM LIST FOR POND CLEAN OUT WE HAVE TO HAVE YOU RESIGN UP. THIS PROGRAM GOES BACK TO AUGUST 10, 2025 SO IF YOU DRILLED A WATER WELL, CLEANED OUT A POND COME SEE ME. IF YOU ARE A LEASOR I WILL NEED A COPY OF YOUR LEASE AND ALSO HAVE THE LANDOWNER SIGN THE CONSENT FORM. LANDOWNERS I WILL NEED A COPY OF YOUR DEED.
