We are currently recruiting for:
🌟 2 Summer Program Supervisors
🌟 8 Seasonal Recreation Aides

These seasonal positions provide a great opportunity to work with youth and families, lead fun recreation activities, support summer meal programs, and make a positive impact in the community.

📅 Season: Mid-June through Mid-August 2026
⏰ Hours: Up to 150 hours for the season
📍 Location: Gresham and Fairview area summer meal and recreation sites

We’re currently looking for artisan vendors and food vendors to join us for this beloved community tradition at Fairview Community Park on Saturday, July 25th from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Fairview Summer Fest brings together local vendors, live entertainment, family activities, food, and community fun — with attendance averaging around 2,000 guests each year!

The Budget Committee will meet this evening, May 11, to review the proposed Fiscal Year 2026–27 budgets, hear public comment, and deliberate on the proposed budgets.

The Urban Renewal Agency (URA) Budget Committee meeting will begin at 6:00 PM, followed by the City of Fairview Budget Committee meeting immediately after the URA meeting and no earlier than 6:30 PM.

This Saturday May 9, please join us at City Hall from 10 AM to 2 PM for a free shred and e-waste event. Members of the public can bring up to three “banker” sized boxes to shred securely on site. In addition, Green Century Electronics Recycling will be on site to accept electronics for environmentally responsible recycling.

This event is presented by the Fairview Safety Advisory Committee, City of Fairview, and Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office.
