Fairview City is proposing a property tax increase of .0001% in order to assist in funding the Fairview City Library. The average property in Fairview City is valued at $415,000. At this valuation, there would be a $22.82 property tax increase. An official ballot drop box is available at Fairview City Hall during regular business hours. (Monday - Thursday, 8AM to 4PM) The box is under 24/7 video surveillance and is tagged and inspected by Fairview City and Sanpete County. Any tampering - on any end or by any party, will be met with swift legal consequences.
