Today we honor the dedicated men and women who answer the call — day or night, rain or shine.

Faison Fire & Rescue would like to thank each of our members for their commitment to serving our community. From fires and medical calls to accidents and storms, our firefighters and first responders stand ready to protect and serve with pride, courage, and compassion.

We’re proud of the hard work, training, and sacrifices each of you make to keep Faison and our surrounding areas safe.

To all first responders everywhere — thank you for being there when it matters most.

🚨 In the District and On the Move! 🚨

Today, Faison crews hit the streets to work on hose stretches and improve our efficiency on the fireground. Getting this training done right here in our community helps us stay familiar with the buildings and neighborhoods we protect every day!

🚨 Smoke Detectors Save Lives! 🚨

Did you know that having working smoke detectors in your home cuts the risk of dying in a fire by more than half? Test your smoke detectors monthly and replace the batteries at least once a year to ensure they’re always ready to alert you in an emergency.

Faison Fire & Rescue offers free smoke detector installations for residents inside Faison’s fire district. If you need one, don’t wait — contact us today and let us help keep your family safe!

🚒 Fire Safety Week is in full swing🔥

This morning we were excited to welcome the students from Mustard Seed Christian Academy to our station! The kids learned all about smoke detectors and the importance of getting out and staying out in case of a fire. 🔥

A huge thank you to Duplin County Medic 4 for joining us and giving the students a look inside their ambulance, showing how all of their equipment works and how they help people every day. 🚑

We appreciate the opportunity to teach our future generation about fire and life safety! 👩‍🚒👨‍🚒
