Thank you to the voters of Falconer who had the confidence in me to the continue the mission to bring the village forward.

I recognize that the Board and I cannot do this alone. We welcome any resident to attend our monthly meetings, as well as join any committees. We have a full time staff that is available to answer any questions.

Before you choose to believe misinformation, I ask you to please reach out to me, the Board, or the village offices for a respectful conversation.

I look forward to the next 4 years of serving our village.

🚨🚨 ENDORSEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨🚨

Today I ask for your vote! I am humbled by the Post Journal’s endorsement of me in today’s paper.
Their recognition of my hard work over the past 4 years is a great compliment. I have served the Falconer community for over 34 years as law enforcement, trustee and as your Mayor. The first 2 years of my tenure as Mayor was when the world stood still with the COVID pandemic. But even after a delayed start the Village is off and running with revitalization and resident involvement in the Village’s future. I thank all of our caring residents who have taken the time to help make our voice heard from Mayville all the way to Albany. There are great things coming on the horizon. Let’s keep the momentum moving forward. Please vote for me today as your Mayor of the Village of Falconer.

Today is the day before Election Day. Many candidates will be out there trying to get your vote.

What am I doing today? Today the Appellate Judge of NYS called a meeting for everyone involved in the annexation of the Dow St BPU Substation in Buffalo. Yes, we are still fighting this annexation.

This annexation would be detrimental to our village taxpayers. I will be spending my day advocating and making sure the Village of Falconer and its residents are heard in this hearing. I will forever and always be against this annexation.

Earlier this year, Mayor Jim was made aware of dangerous eroding and trash build up in the Chadakoin River in Falconer, and also near Millrace Park. This eroding was reaching dangerous levels, with the potential of damaging neighboring homes and businesses.

Jim was able to promptly bring together representatives from the Village, County, and Jamestown Container Corp to swiftly clean out the river and rebuild its structure.

Today is our final before the election!

Today we are going to highlight our “Associate Mayor”, Brentley!

Brentley and Mayor Jim have a shared interest in law enforcement, and bond over Mayor Jim’s stories of over 30 years on the Ellicott Police Force!! 💙 👮‍♂️ 💙

16 of those years were spent safeguarding Falconer Schools as he was stationed there.

Remember to vote this Tuesday, November 7th! Early voting is still going on as well, and check out our previous post for locations and times!

Today! I look forward to meeting with you!

Being the Mayor of the Village means advocating for EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON who resides in it.

Not based on who they voted for.
Not based on their political affiliation.
Not based on their income status.

Every individual deserves at least a chance to thrive in Falconer, and I am willing to work with anyone who wishes to give them that chance.

Being your Mayor is not about power. It is about bringing truth and honesty to Falconer. To advocate for you. To hear you. To serve you. And I vow to keep doing that every step of the way, no matter what.
