🎉 FCES Walk-A-Thon Assembly Recap! 🎉

🦅 Today, we officially unveiled the name of our new Falcon mascot! Everyone, meet Sir Swoopington, who will go by the nickname Swoop!

A huge thank-you to the Fall City Elementary PTSA for all their hard work organizing our annual Walk-A-Thon fundraiser and making it such a success!

Together, our school community raised an incredible $42,820! 🎉 It takes a village to make something like this happen, and we’re so thankful for everyone who helped make it possible.

🌎 Donations came in from 38 out of 50 states. Thank you for spreading the word far and wide!

👏 We are so proud of our Falcons for their amazing efforts walking laps and fundraising!

Today’s assembly celebrated all the amazing things happening during Hawk-a-Thon over the past few weeks!

🏆 Golden Shoe (Most Raised): Ms. Coffey's Class

🥧 Pie-in-the-Face Fun: Mr. Jose and Mr. Kevin bravely volunteered to take a pie to the face. A special thank-you to Mr. Matt, who somehow found himself volunteered as our third pie-in-the-face recipient!

💦 Dunk Tank Fun: Mrs. Warner bravely took the dunk tank seat! She promised to be slimed if we met our fundraising goal or covered in confetti if we didn’t—and she got confetti’d!

👏 Thank You, Mrs. Geel! We also took a moment to say goodbye to Mrs. Geel, who has been filling in for Assistant Principal, Mrs. Mitchell. Thank you for your dedication, flexibility, and support of our school community. We appreciate everything you’ve done for FCES!

💪 Go Falcons! 💚🖤
