⚓ Ahoy, Pirate Families! ⚓
Thank you for your patience this summer as we worked with engineers and the Village of Fall River to chart a new student pick-up/drop-off plan for the 2026-2027 school year! Our goal: a clear, safe path that clears up the congestion on Bradley Street before and after school. 🚗
Here's your map to smooth sailing:
🔵 Student Drop-Off & Pick-Up (Blue Lane)
Follow the blue dashed lane along the building for daily drop-off/pick-up. Have your student ready to go, and stay in your vehicle while in line to keep traffic moving!
🟠 Bus Loading Zone (Orange Lane)
This lane is for buses only. Adults supervise students during transitions, and non-staff vehicles must never stop or block this zone during arrival/dismissal.
🟢 Visitor Parking (Green Arrows)
Follow the green arrows for safe, one-way flow through the main visitor lot.
🔴 Fire Lane — No parking/stopping, ever.
🟡 No Parking Zones — West side of Bradley Street is off-limits at all times.
🎉 Event Parking: Outside of school hours and drop-off/pick-up times, all student & staff lots plus blue areas are open for events!
⚠️ Quick Safety Reminders:
✔️ Drive slowly, watch for students at crosswalks
✔️ No double-parking or letting students out in undesignated spots
✔️ Never pass a bus with red lights flashing or stop arm out

Wisconsin is leading the nation in ATV and UTV fatal crashes in 2026. According to the DNR, we've already lost 29 lives with dozens more suffering injuries. The main cause: rollovers, ejections, and collisions, and in the vast majority of these fatal crashes, the driver/rider are not wearing a seat belt or wearing a helmet.

If you take your ATV or UTV out, we implore you to always wear a helmet, buckle up (it's the law on UTV's), and take a safety course. Please visit the DNR's website for additional information and if you plan to ride through Fall River, please check out our ordinances at our website (link below).

This Saturday! June 27th! 4pm-8pm! Wingz-N-Thingz!

Come join us at Wingz-N-Thingz on Saturday, June 27 anytime between 4pm-8pm! A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Fall River Police K9 Fund to help with care, training and equipment. We’ll see you there!

On Sunday, June 21, 2026, at approximately 12:12 A.M. the Fall River Police Department was dispatched to a residence in the Village of Fall River for a report of a stabbing. Initial information indicated that there was an altercation between two individuals and a subject was stabbed multiple times. Officers arrived on scene and a suspect was taken into custody. Officers rendered aid to the patient until the patient was transported from the scene by ambulance. Officers remained on scene for several hours during the course of the investigation.

The suspect was charged with:
· Attempted 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, and
· Attempted 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety.

The name of the suspect will not be released at this time. Any information about the victim or their family will not be released. There is no threat to the public.

These charges are merely an accusation where probable cause existed for an arrest. This individual is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The Fall River Police Department was assisted by the Columbia County Sheriff's Office, Rio Police Department and Lifestar EMS.

YOU’VE BEEN CAUGHT! While out on patrol Officer Wawrzyn CAUGHT these two responsible young men being safe and responsible by wearing bike helmets. Officer Wawrzyn promptly issued them both coupons for Wingz-N-Thingz to enjoy some of the BEST food around! Good job guys, keep being safe and being responsible!

YOU’VE BEEN CAUGHT! While out on patrol Officer Wawrzyn caught this young cyclist using crosswalks and wearing a (pretty darn cool) helmet. The cyclist was promptly issued a coupon for Wingz-N-Thingz for some of the best food around. Good job! Keep being safe, and keep being responsible!
