A Message From The Register:

In collaboration with the Bristol County Commissioners, we're happy to announce the long-awaited replacement of the Fall River Registry of Deeds roof!

The Registry will remain OPEN during construction, and we ask visitors to use the available side entrance until further notice.

We appreciate your patience as this important project progresses.

The Registry of Deeds is located at 441 North Main Street, a historic building that once housed the Bristol County Superior Court, built in 1889. ️

This grand courthouse served as the center of our county's justice system for many years, reminding us of Fall River's rich legal history and the important role that jurisprudence has played in our community.
