Last week CFC ran its popular Taunton Mobile Food Pantry at the Taunton High School for seniors, Head Start, and WIC families in collaboration with the City of Taunton. We had a wonder group of program staff, volunteers, and special guests Mayor O'Connell, Rep Thurber, and Rep Field that helped to serve over 100 households. Thank you to all partners involved for making the event a continued success!

CFC is proud to be partnering with the Back to School Block Party to collect school supplies for area children! You can drop off writing utensils, folders, backpacks, notebooks, etc. at our 822 Eastern Ave Food Pantry and they will be given out at the August 8th event! You can also scan the QR codes on the graphic to donate or purchase from a wishlist. Create some feel good impact for our local school children -- donate some supplies!

Update: Access to Eastern Ave Food Pantry is still restricted. Work expected to end Monday. Also, Griffin St entrance at our Main Office is inaccessible due to work; the S. Main entrance is open. Both locations are still open, but please expect difficulties. Thank you!

Juneteenth commemorates the end of slavery but also provides us with a day of reflection on America’s ongoing journey and commitment toward true equality.
