I continuously strive to help clients attain their goals while mindfully guiding them through the transaction from beginning to end (and beyond!). I have enjoyed being a part of Fallbrook and North San Diego County since my childhood. While living in Escondido as a youngster, I began visiting the Fallbrook area on various occasions. When I married my amazing wife, Deanna, we spent many weekend get-a-ways in Fallbrook and made it our goal to eventually buy a home in this remarkable town, mainly due to its small-town country atmosphere, friendly residents, nearness to the ocean and lakes, and its wonderful year-round climate. A few years later, a series of events took our family on an adventurous move to Prescott, a scenic mountain town in Arizona, for about four years. We have many great memories from our time in Prescott and it will always hold a special place in our hearts. When the decision was made to return to SoCal, we weighed our options and decided to return to North San Diego County and eventually narrowed down our search to the town we fell in love with so many years ago. I have had a fascination with real estate for most of my life. When our children were getting closer to college age (both of them earned degrees at Cal State San Marcos), my wife and I decided it was the right time for me to go back to college and I graduated with an Associate of Science Degree in Real Estate at Palomar College, San Marcos. After gaining a few years of experience as a licensed salesperson, selling properties and managing single-family rentals, I hit the books again and passed the California real estate broker exam, in 2019. The Homesmart Realty West office is located in Carlsbad, but my service area encompasses all North San Diego County, including communities I consider myself to be more knowledgeable about or visit more regularly, such as Fallbrook, Bonsall, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Escondido and Valley Center. I also cover the Southwest Riverside County communities of Temecula and Murrieta. If you are thinking about selling your home outside of these areas, I am here to help. We took another RV/Jeep adventure with my sister and brother-in-law during late summer of 2023. Our destination this time was to explore various parts of Western Colorado. Stops, jeep trails, sightseeing and bodies of water to cast a line along the way included areas within and surrounding Ridgway, Ouray, Telluride, Mesa Verde National Park, Blue Mesa Reservoir, Lake City, Gunnison, Lake Granby, Rocky Mountain National Park (highlight was a scenic drive on the Trail Ridge Road over the continental divide to Estes Park), Aspen, Carbondale and Marble. During our stay at Lake Granby, some good friends from the Denver area came by and spent a couple of days with us. We always enjoy seeing and spending time with them and it was very nice of them to make the drive to meet us at our campsite. They also provided us with great information about the area and acted as our tour guides during our time together. One of their noteworthy
recommendations was a memorable BBQ restaurant in the quaint little town of Grand Lake, called Sagebrush BBQ & Grill. Yum! 😁
