Due to improved conditions, is lifting the EVACUATION ORDER and EVACUATION WARNING for the near Jamul.
For those returning home, please be mindful of firefighters who are still working in the area.

The San Diego County Sheriff's Office would also like to thank our law enforcement, firefighting and first responder partners for their assistance and support during this incident.
A reminder: fire season is year-round in Southern California. We urge everyone to have their evacuation plans in place and to communicate with their families and neighbors.

If you live in the Jamul area, be aware of increased law enforcement and firefighting activity. A brush fire is burning near the 15000 block of Skyline Truck Trail.
An EVACUATION ORDER is in place for the shaded area in red shown in the map below. It means everyone in the impacted areas must leave immediately.
An EVACUATION WARNING is in place for the shaded area in yellow shown in the map below. Be prepared to evacuate should conditions change.
