An Important Update: Network Specialty Referrals
Naval Health Clinic Lemoore and Naval Branch Health Clinic Fallon are returning to normal processing for specialty care referrals.
• All new specialty care referrals will require TRICARE authorization and processing.
• You can view NEW referral authorizations in the TriWest Patient Portal at https://tricare-bene.triwest.com/signin
• Please set up a TriWest Patient Portal account if you don't already have one.
• After your referral is authorized and appears in the portal, contact the civilian provider/specialist to schedule your appointment.
• Authorization letters will also be mailed to patients.
• You will not be able to see earlier referrals in the TriWest Patient Portal yet.
• You can also change your preferred provider through the Patient Portal Tool.
• For dependents under age 18, most authorized referrals will be viewable by the sponsor.
