**ATTENTION PHARMACY PATRONS**

On Friday, March 27th, 2026, pharmacy services will be limited to pick up an in-clinic prescriptions only and wait times may be one hour or longer. Pharmacy will open at 0800 and also be closed for lunch from 1200 to 1300.

Drop-off prescriptions and call-in refills  will be ready Tuesday, March 31st in the afternoon, and routine pharmacy services will resume Monday, March 30th.

Due to December 24th and 26th being declared a federal holiday by executive order, Naval Branch Health Clinic Fallon clinical services will be closed December 24, 2025 - December 26, 2025. Pharmacy will remain open December 24th from 0900-1200.

Please call the 24/7 Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-TRICARE (874-2273), option 1 for urgent assistance not requiring 911.

The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Your health and well-being remain our highest priority. NMRTU Fallon is open, and we continue to schedule appointments. Call (775) 426-3125 to learn about changes to our office hours or services during the government lapse in appropriations. This site will only provide critical updates on patient access to routine, urgent, and emergent healthcare.

Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Unit Fallon clinic will adjust hours on Friday, June 06, in honor of the 81st anniversary of D-Day. Pharmacy and front desk scheduling will be open 0745-1600. Lab will be open 0745-1200. Immunizations, Suitability, Medical Records, Medical Homeport, and Dental will be closed.

An Important Update: Network Specialty Referrals
Naval Health Clinic Lemoore and Naval Branch Health Clinic Fallon are returning to normal processing for specialty care referrals.
• All new specialty care referrals will require TRICARE authorization and processing.
• You can view NEW referral authorizations in the TriWest Patient Portal at https://tricare-bene.triwest.com/signin
• Please set up a TriWest Patient Portal account if you don't already have one.
• After your referral is authorized and appears in the portal, contact the civilian provider/specialist to schedule your appointment.
• Authorization letters will also be mailed to patients.
• You will not be able to see earlier referrals in the TriWest Patient Portal yet.
• You can also change your preferred provider through the Patient Portal Tool.
• For dependents under age 18, most authorized referrals will be viewable by the sponsor.
