The Falls City Utility Department is working to identify water service line materials in our distribution system.

If you received a postcard and answered "Unsure," or if we have not received a response, you can expect a phone call from the Utility Office to arrange an appointment for one of our staff to come help you identify your line material. Occasionally our staff will also be going door to door offering help to identify materials.

We will start with Zone 1 and work our way through the zones in numerical order. If you are located outside of Zone 1, but would like to get a head start, we encourage you to reach out to the Utility Office to schedule an appointment!
