A little reminder that our Community Walking Club is happening TODAY!

Please note our NEW MEETING POINT: we’ll now meet at the Town Farm gate, 108 Route 63, Falls Village.

Meet us at 12:45pm and we’ll head off together at 1:00pm. All ages are welcome, and dogs can come along too.

Come walk, chat, get some fresh air and spend a little time outdoors with your community.

Maybe you want to dance, or perhaps you’d rather sit back, relax, and enjoy a night out with a great band. Either way, we have a fun evening planned!

Join us Friday, September 11th, from 7:00–9:00 PM at The Center on Main for an evening of live music featuring Two Guys in Suits and Ties with Emily Aronow and Cora Grandy. They’ll be playing their hearts out for us, and we can’t wait! 🎸🎤

CARDIO DANCE AT THE CENTER ON MAIN
Move Your Body to the Beat Every Tuesday Evening in September

Move your body with cardio dance every Tuesday in September from 5:30 - 6:30pm! This high-energy workout class is set to upbeat music, perfect for anyone looking to add some fun movement to their week. Come for one class or all five. This class is open to all levels. Be sure to bring comfy shoes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude (Jane Fonda leotards and leg warmers are optional).

The class is $15 at the door, paid to the instructor. Cash and Venmo accepted. No registration necessary.

About the Instructor

Paula Fabiano is a certified fitness and wellness professional and holds a BA in Dance from the University of New Hampshire. She leads dance and fitness classes, provides personal training, and is looking forward to helping more people stay fit while having fun doing it. Paula is a former registered nurse with a BS in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts (Boston) and is also certified in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University.
