Volunteers, the backbone of the county!!
Happy National Volunteer Week to all of our volunteers!
Please check your mailboxes! We kicked off our Annual Fund Drive and letters were mailed to all addresses in our first due area. While we do get support for our operations from the County, we still have expenses like building upkeep and additional training beyond what is required. We ask our neighbors in White Oak to help us meet these needs, and you've never let us down. Please take a look at our mailer, and if you can, we'd appreciate your support.
And if you're interested in volunteering with us in positions both operational or support, there's information on the mailer as to how to contact us.
Thank you in advance.....White Oak Volunteer Rescue Squad is here for you!
We'd like to pass along a big THANK YOU to everyone that came out this morning and joined us for breakfast. It was great seeing old friends and meeting new ones! Just proves even more how special it is to be from White Oak!
