The list of prosecutors throughout Virginia is growing that plan to not enforce the gun ban laws that are to go into effect July 1. It is not just to be defiant. They look on this as settled through the Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States. There are already law suits being filed throughout Virginia to block these “new laws”.

For Josh Cole to talk about the unconstitutional acts of others is ridiculous. Did he get amnesia? Didn’t the Supreme Court of Virginia as well as SCOTUS just rule on their unconstitutional act of redistricting or does that not matter because, oh wait, they are Dems. The rules don’t apply to them.

According to an article written by Asher Clark for Wilderness Marksman discussing Virginia’s new gun laws taking effect 7/1/2026; “Commonwealth’s Attorneys in Spotsylvania, Smyth, Powhatan, and Pulaski counties announced they would decline to prosecute cases stemming purely from the new bans. Ryan Mehaffey in Spotsylvania, a Marine veteran, cited direct conflicts with constitutional protections. Others echoed his view that the statutes cannot override higher legal standards.”

If you possess the newly banned weapons which are commonly owned in Virginia you will be able to retain ownership. These laws will effect future purchases which as of 7/1 will be classified as against Virginia law but carry misdemeanor weight.

One of the arguments, according to the article quoting Spotsylvania’s Ryan Mehaffey, discussed as a direct conflict with our constitutional rights. There are several law suits pending on these changes and as of right now it will depend on where you are in Virginia (NOVA v ROVA) on how this will be handled. Stay tuned for updates.

According to Miriam Webster the simple definition of memorial is as follows:

: something (such as a monument or ceremony) that honors a person who has died or serves as a reminder of an event in which many people died.

As we gather with friends and family on Memorial Day, let’s make sure we remember why we honor. We honor those that gave their lives in protecting the freedoms of this country and also to protect those around the world from tyranny. We also say thank you to the families that lost someone defending our freedoms.

If you have lost someone during their military service, I’d like to ask that you honor them here. I’d like to honor my great uncle, Jackson B. Miller of the 853rd Engineer Aviation Battalion, U.S. Army Air Forces, Company C. The 853rd was on the HMT Rohna. ‘Classified for 50 years, the sinking of the HMT Rohna remains one of the least known- yet most catastrophic- of WWII.’

Well explained Jason Miyares One of the topics Abigail ran on was no redistricting and what did she do as soon as she got into office…OOPS did I really say that…gosh I don’t remember saying that….well guess what Abigail, YOU DID.

Enough with the false flag operation that you are desperately pushing, Abigail Spanberger.

You told Virginia voters last fall that you wouldn’t redistrict our state and silence millions of voters, but you lied and tried to do it anyway.

You knew from the very start that your scheme was illegal and unconstitutional. You had my official AG opinion which laid out in clear detail why each action was unconstitutional, but you ignored it and pushed ahead with the referendum anyway.

When a judge halted the referendum because he found it had violated the state constitution, the AG and your legal team appealed his ruling to the VA Supreme Court and argued that the case couldn’t be heard until AFTER the vote had taken place. Then, when the VA Supreme Court ruled and said you had violated the law, you lied about why you lost the case (and then some in your party even hatched a plot to remove all of the Justices as retribution).

Now the US Supreme Court in a 9-0 decision, with Biden and Obama appointees agreeing, unanimously ruled that you broke the law and the entire process was unconstitutional from the beginning.

Enough with the bait and switch, Governor. It’s time to be honest with Virginians for once.

You and your fellow Democrats tried to illegally and unconstitutionally strip millions of Virginians of their voice in congress, costing taxpayers millions, dividing our state and pitting neighbor against neighbor, all to seize political power.
