Did you know the RRCAC offers SPARCS (Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress)? SPARCS gives teens a safe, supportive space to build healthy coping skills, process emotions, and connect with others who understand what they're going through.

We recently celebrated another group of SPARCS participants as they completed the program, taking important steps toward healing and resilience. When asked what helped most, participants shared the people they met, the coping skills they learned, and having a place where they felt comfortable talking. We couldn't be more proud!

Just a reminder: healing happens through connection, support, and showing up—one step at a time. ❤️‍🩹

The Children of Courage Gala is back!✨🤩 Join the RRCAC for an evening of advocacy and awareness, our annual fundraising event supporting children and families in our community.
