A Helping Hand When It Matters Most:
Hardship Grant Supports North Dakota Veteran and Family

Unexpected challenges can happen to any Veteran at any time, and knowing where you can go for help can make all the difference. The North Dakota Department of Veterans Affairs is here to help Veterans navigate those difficult moments and connect them with resources that can provide meaningful support. The Hardship Grant is one of the ways we can assist eligible Veterans when an unforeseen circumstance creates a financial or personal hardship. We are proud to stand alongside our Veterans, their families, and our Local Veterans Service Officers to ensure no Veteran has to face a difficult time alone.
