ON THE WAY: The Faribault Police Benefit Association’s holiday patches are set to arrive at the Police Department today!

Members of the Benefit Association have worked hard to ensure they’re prepared to mail the online orders once they arrive. Individuals who placed pick-up orders will receive a text message or email when they are ready to be picked up in the Police Department lobby.

We also have plenty of patches left for purchase – stop by the Faribault Police Department during business hours and get your one-of-a-kind holiday patch! Cash or credit cards are accepted.

As a reminder, all proceeds are used for scholarships or are donated back within our community. The Benefit Association also uses the proceeds to purchase gifts for the annual Presents with Police event, where we’re able to sponsor four families and provide gifts during the holiday season.

UPDATE 12/16/25: We just received tracking details from the manufacturer of our patches and they are scheduled for delivery by the end of this week. We have worked hard to ensure we are prepared to mail the online orders out right away. Individuals who placed pick up orders will receieve a text message or email when they are ready and they can be picked up when the PD lobby is open. Thank you for your support!!

Our 2025 Police Patch is on order! The anticipated arrival date is the week of December 8th, 2025.

Due to popular demand, we have decided to launch an online store, where we are now taking pre orders for the 2025 patch featuring the iconic 7th St Trestle. There is also a limited supply of our previous patches from 2023 and 2024 - these are in stock and will be processed right away.

We will offer shipping or online order pickup at the Faribault Police Department lobby M-F between 10am-2pm. Patches can also be purchased at the Faribault Police Department during business hours. Cash or credit cards are accepted.

All proceeds from police patch sales are used for scholarships or are donated back within our community. Last year, the association sponsored the Presents with Police event, which provided gifts to four Faribault families in need.

The Faribault Police Benefit Association has collectible holiday FPD patches available for purchase. There are two designs available and they can be purchased for $10 each. A limited number of these special patches were created and they will be available while supplies last!!

To purchase a patch, stop by the Faribault Police Department during business hours. We will update this post when the patches are sold out.

We hope everyone had a happy and safe New Year!!!

We have collected patches from all our business partners and we have 12 of each patch left. If anyone is still interested, please stop by the Faribault Police Department.

We are opening up a shipping option for the remaining patches to reach people out of the area. If you would like to order one, send us a PM!

We've moved!

Last month, we noticed there was an open section for Adopt A Highway right in the middle of town. We decided to move from our existing section (Highway 21 by the Airport) and claim this section on Highway 60 from Lincoln Ave to just west of I-35.

Twice a year, our members put on traffic vests and clean the ditches. You'll see us cleaning up our new section in the spring.

With the help of FPD Staff family and friends, we got all the presents wrapped tonight and ready to gift to the families this weekend!

We did some shopping today! Officer Schak, Sergeant Sammon, Chief Sherwin, and Officer Larson filled up four carts today to get ready for Faribault PD’s upcoming “Presents with Police” event!

Later this week, four local families will join Faribault Police Department staff for a holiday movie, snacks, beverages, and gifts.

This event was made possible by the Faribault Police Benefit Association and donors, as well as by Walmart for their generous donation of gift cards to help with the shopping.
