Farley Fire and EMS welcomes Ragbrai to Farley, the Heart of the Corn Belt, on Saturday, July 25th, as you make your final run for the Mississippi.

Please stop by our two water stations at Holy Cross Road and Rose Ct, and 1st Ave E and 5th St SE. Our first-aid tent will be set up in front of the City’s Municipal Building, if you are in need of medical attention, and our SxS raffle tent will be across the street, by Dirty Ernie’s. Look for the big red tents! Raffle proceeds will go towards replacing outdated bunker gear, SCBAs and equipment.

Enjoy your stay in Farley and be sure to treat yourself to amazing food, drinks, live music, tractor show and so much more!

This month we had the opportunity to work on our live fire skills. This includes SCBA, hose line advancement, spray patterns, pump operations, and radio communications among other skills.
