Allaire Village Auxiliary

Our group is a dedicated group of volunteers that is a service organization to Allaire Village, Inc. and have been in existence since 1961.

The Allaire Village Auxiliary is an arm of the Board of Trustees of the corporation known as Allaire Village, Inc. Our purpose is to help raise funds for the continuation of the efforts of Allaire Village, Inc. to restore, maintain and preserve The Historic Village at Allaire; to support its efforts to educate school children and the general public about 1800s life during the years of James P. Allaire, the industrialist.

Here we are 2026! Rocky start as our Installation Luncheon scheduled, for that infamous stormy Monday, Jan. 26th was postponed until Wed. Feb. 4th at the Spring Lake Manor. Spring Lake Manor has always been a super host and delighted us with all of their offerings. Please welcome for 2026: Ellie E., President and Treasurer; Ann K., our Secretary(for life!) :) ; Deb McN., 2nd Vice President; and Linda C., 1st Vice President. The next two, Jean O. and Joe E. were recipients of purple roses to honor their 15 years of service to the Auxiliary and have now been bestowed 'life membership' status. Congratulations to all. We were honored to have as our guest speaker Hance Sitkus, Director in charge of the day to day operations at Allaire Village. Hance gave a wonderful talk about the history and importance of the on-site General Store. Check out The Historic Village at Allaire website. The calendar of events, including the Flea Market schedule, is online now. Many events will celebrate this country's 250th birthday!! We look forward as the volunteer service organization to Allaire Village in helping out throughout this special year.

Every year the Village Auxiliary helps to decorate for the upcoming Christmas season. This year 10 of our members made 38 swags to adorn various buildings/signs. It's a labor of love!! Happy Holidays everyone!

Stocking Stuffer 2025 is in the vault now. A BIG THANK YOU to all who came and made it a wonderful success. We met so many lovely people, encouraging us to create bigger, better for next year. We even had a few inquiries for membership, always a positive thing to keep our group growing and going. We'll also be in the Village at various events, at craft shows and programs in 2026. See you then!

Annual STOCKING STUFFER EVENT
Friday, Saturday, November 7th & 8th 10 - 3
Sunday, November 9th 12 - 3
at Allaire Village within Allaire State Park.
~ENTRY TO THIS EVENT IS FREE~

Handmade Crafts & Bakery Items.

**Note: This event coincides with Allaire Village's Flea Market on
Saturday, November 8th that has a $5 per adult admission.
We Thank You for your support!
This fund raiser is to benefit Allaire Village.

Join us on Saturday, September 27th in Allaire Village (Rain date the 28th) for the Fall Craft Show. This is a big one folks! Start your Christmas shopping early. The Auxiliary will have handmade items, quilts, bags, runners.

MAY 10th, 2025......Saturday, May 10th, there will be an AUXILIARY flea market sale in addition to the regularly scheduled Village Flea Market. Please visit us in front of the Allaire Community Hall (old Snack Bar) for bargains! Thank you for your support. Rain Date is Sunday, May 11th.

Thank you everyone that attended our 2024 Stocking Stuffer. We will set up again during the Village's 'Christmas at Allaire' programs on Sunday Dec. 8 and 15 (11-4). We have a lot of cold weather items-hats, gloves, mittens; totes, runners, quilts; and if we get real busy...maybe some more felt birds!! We love our supporters!

STOCKING STUFFER Nov. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd!
The female Cardinals got wind that their male counterparts already arrived at Allaire, so they are on their way also. Hope you will join us.
AND.....we will also be hosting Stocking Stuffer II, same place, SATURDAY November 9th, to coincide with the Village's event of the Holiday Craft Show. Check out the Village's website for more details.

Stocking Stuffer 2024 November 1st (10-3), 2nd (10-3), and 3rd (12-3) in The Historic Village at Allaire, Allaire State Park. Head for the red brick building off the main parking lot. Hosted by the Allaire Village Auxiliary. Free Admission!

Cardinals and Woodpeckers along with their other bird friends will be there to greet you! Many hand made items and baked goods, too!

On Saturday there will be the last Flea Market of the Season. ($5 entrance fee)
