Greetings FMS Families, Happy Fall! It is that time of the year again, the Native American Programs department is seeking your input in the types of services the Native American Programs can support your student by completing the needs assessment survey. Your voice matters. The needs assessments survey guides the Native American Programs and the Indian Education Committee to plan for the 2025-2026 school year.
The goal of the Native American Programs Department is to support your student(s) in their successful academic journey, especially with attendance, grades, learning in ELA and Math so your student can be promoted to the next grade level and graduate from high school. We look forward to your participation. Have a wonderful school year.
Please Note: If your student is in Elementary Grade Level (PreK-5th), please assist your student in completing the student needs assessment survey. If your child is in secondary grade level (6th-12th grade), students can complete their own needs assessment survey.
