ATTENTION MEDICARE RECPIANTS, we are now taking counseling reservations for 2027 Medicare year, open enrollment. You can reserve your session by calling our number below. We will inform you of the necessary information you will need to bring in order to provide a free un-biased review of your Medicare open enrollment options. We do not sell insurance nor do we get any funding for these reviews. We provide these sessions as a FREE service.
Each year, medication formularies and coverages may change without you knowing. Please review your coverage each year so you are "in the know" about what will happen on January 1st.

LIFE INC- Center for Independent Living has recently become a dealer for Golden Technologies Lift Chairs, Mobility Scooters, and Motorized Wheel Chairs. We invite you to our office/showroom for a demonstration. We are located at 725 E. Karsch Blvd. in Farmington.
**Unfortunately, The LIFE Center cannot take insurance for these products at the moment. It is our goal to be able to do so in the future.
