Ms Bre taught the kids about Oktoberfest today! Oktoberfest is the world's largest folk festival celebrated annually in Munich, Germany from mid September until the first Sunday in October! We then had the kids roll out their own pretzel from dough, and Mrs Sam made them the traditional way of boiling them in baking soda water then baking them. We enjoyed our pretzels with cheese outside at our our picnic tables!
