San Juan Regional Medical Center is offering FREE diabetes education classes — because building a healthier community means making support accessible to everyone.

Join us once a week for four weeks to learn about healthy eating, carb counting, blood glucose testing, exercise, foot care, medication, and more. Prefer one-on-one? Meet individually with a certified diabetes educator to work through your specific questions.

🚧 IMPORTANT UPDATE: Construction at Bonnie Dallas Senior Center

Starting Monday, May 18, the Bonnie Dallas Senior Center will begin a facility improvement project. To ensure the safety of our visitors and staff, the following areas will be temporarily closed:

Activity Center
Annex
Fitness Center

We anticipate these areas will remain closed for approximately two weeks, with a scheduled reopening on Sunday, May 31.

Please note that all other senior center services will continue as usual during this time. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve our facilities for the Farmington community!
