We had a packed happy hour last night with some new faces! Thanks for coming out to chat, pick up signs and purchase raffle tickets. We still have quilt raffle tickets available and have had almost $500 in tickets turned in already!

Congratulations to our club scholarship award winner, Bella James! Bella was selected to receive a $500 scholarship as she continues her education at Missouri State University. Bella was sponsored by her bonus mom, club member Michelle James. She read her winning essay via Zoom at our June meeting with her dad, member Bryant James, in attendance and accepting the check on her behalf. Congrats, Bella!
The club also sponsored two local scholarships for $250 each. Those were awarded to Mackenzie Buchheit of Valle Catholic High School and Alivia Bays of Ste. Genevieve High School.

The club is conducting a quilt raffle of a beautiful Americana themed full size quilt! Thanks to Luann Holst (not pictured) for donating materials and piecing, Jean Johnson (left) for hand quilting and Ginger Ohlman (right) for organizing. Tickets are $5 and are available now through August 5. Purchase from a member or come by our Monthly Happy Hour on Wednesday, July 1!
