Tuesday, July 14, 6 - 8 p.m., June 30 at the Dakota County Fairgrounds Horse arena, 4008 220th St W, Farmington.
Cost: $5 each session, per horse/rider; no charge for HLH participants. Payable to Dakota County 4-H; online payment available. Minimum of 6 participants registered in order to hold clinic.
Both sessions: Trail class with clinician Blaine Burt. Blain is a professional horse trainer and WSCA judge.
Trail Clinic is for all levels of riders. Learn the best way to maneuver your horse through each obstacle. This will include cones, bridge, gate, logs.
5:30 p.m. Registration; Warm up in Main Arena, be ready to go at 6 p.m. (The warm-up arena and announcer’s booth will NOT be available).
6:00-6:45 p.m. Clinician will work with participants and their horses on individual obstacles
6:45-7:00 p.m. Break
7:00-7:45/8 p.m. Participants and horses will receive guidance completing the Trail Course
