The Town of Brookhaven Industrial Development Agency has approved an economic development package supporting the expansion of Integrated Structures, a North Bellport–based structural steel fabricator.

With this approval, Integrated Structures will acquire and renovate a 19,000-square-foot facility on Old Dock Road, allowing the company to expand operations, retain jobs locally, and create 11 new high-skilled manufacturing positions over the next two years. The new jobs are expected to pay an average salary of $80,000.

This investment strengthens Brookhaven’s manufacturing sector, keeps critical infrastructure work in New York, and reinforces the Town’s commitment to job creation and long-term economic growth.

The Brookhaven Industrial Development Agency was proud to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony for The Grove Apartments in East Patchogue.

This project represents continued investment in the community and a strong example of public-private collaboration to support quality housing and local economic growth. We commend Georgia Green Ventures, Kulka, and New Ground for bringing this development to life and for their commitment to strengthening Brookhaven.
