Rich Schaffer smiling after he plunged the proverbial knife in the back of his County Clerk and County Comptroller Candidates. Rich is desperately making the rounds to appear to be a Suffolk County Democratic Chair. Insiders say he loves to make the deals but he sorely underestimated the backlash. But to outsiders, they see how corrupt Trump and Maga are…. they are floored how Rich Schaffer could be helping Republicans in this cycle. Even Republicans are angry about inflation and the economy. Is Richie out of touch?

I’m a product of Brookhaven public schools, and proud of it.

As kids across the 4th Assembly District head back to school, I can’t help but think back to my own first days in the classroom. This was me on my first day of first grade.

Rebecca Kassay said the cancellation of Port Jeff’s varsity football season was “both unforeseen and unique.”

Well now a THIRD high school on Long Island has canceled theirs.

We desperately need new representation in Albany. Vote on November 3.

The Suffolk County Democratic Party has a choice to make next month. The Party boss who yanks viable Democratic candidates to give the GOP unopposed candidates guaranteed a "Happy Ending" (Suffolk County Clerk Puleo was the landlord to the recently busted K&T massage parlor in St James) or Kathryn Casey Quigley who promises an end to the backroom dealmaking with the GOP & Conservative parties that deny Suffolk County voters a real choice.
