A Message for all residence of Farnhamville, the Apartment Owner has contacted me that people who are not tenants are using their dumpsters. You are not allowed to do this. TVs also DO NOT belong in ANY dumpster or trash can. Please be respectful of property owners and do not trespass on others properties.

The Clerk's office and Utility Department will be closed tomorrow July 3rd for the Independence Day Holiday. Regular Hours will resume Monday, July 6th. For emergencies please call 515-544-3361. Thank you and have a safe and wonderful holiday weekend!

I will say this one last time. WE DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING. If this is you, or you know who this is, you have until morning to pick the TV back up, or you will be turned into the sheriff for illegally dumping which starts at $500. This is not your property to dump your garbage.

The City Clerks office and Utility Department will be close tomorrow June 19th and will resume normal hours on Monday the 22nd.

Old Settlers Day is set for August 15th

If you would like to have your address put down for the garage sale days or to volunteer for Old Settlers Day activities call the Clerk's office and provide your contact information.

The City of Farnhamville will no longer be accepting appliances behind the Utility Department.. If you do drop one off, the Sheriffs department will be notified and a fine will be enforced for illegally dumping on government property. Thank you.

Due to Monday May 25th being Memorial Day, all garbage will be picked up a day later. Farnhamville Trash pick up will be Friday May 29th.
