Thanks to the Central Nebraska Tractor Club for allowing Farwell Irrigation District to host their annual tractor drive and tour of Sherman Dam. 63 people on 31 antique tractors made the drive from Farwell to Sherman Dam and back.

District employees are hard at work trying to bring everyone water as soon as possible. Right now we feel confident that deliveries will be available Tuesday, May 19th. Please check with the office or your ditchrider to be certain of availability at your turnout. Also:
-ALL Tolls and Assessments must be paid if full before ordering water.
-No "ON's" or "OFF's" during weekends or Memorial Day until after June 10th.
-It is mandatory that water delivered until June 10th will cost $28 per acre foot, unless full pool can't be maintained at the Dam, then it will begin coming off your allotment.

*NOTICE*
Starting Monday the 16th, Sherman Dam road will be closed due to construction. You will not be able to cross the Dam from either direction to allow equipment on the Dam. This closure will remain through Friday unless construction is completed sooner. PLEASE BE AWARE!
