Parmer County Sheriff’s Office provides law enforcement responsibilities for the 900 square miles of Parmer County. Services include 9-1-1 Communications Center, Patrol Division, and Detention. The Parmer County Jail was built and occupied in March of 2004, and has a capacity of 48 inmates.

Several storage units at Friona Storage were burglarized last week.
If anyone has any information regarding the recent burglaries, please call the Parmer County Sheriff’s Office at 806-481-3303.

We would also like to remind everyone to lock their doors, vehicles, barns, etc…. If you see something or someone suspicious please call it in.

We have an AMAZING group of corrections officers. Thank you so much for the outpouring of kindness bestowed upon them. Your generosity and caring is tremendously appreciated in showing these officers how much they mean to Parmer County. We are grateful for each and everyone of them. These people go above and beyond and to know that their efforts are noticed and appreciated says a lot to each of their characters.
