Washington County Drug Court Drug court is a prison diversion program designed to help break the cycle of substance use disorder

Washington and Madison County Treatment Courts are prison diversion programs designed to help break the cycle of substance use disorder and incarceration. We focus on treating the substance use disorder and helping to provide resources to get participants in a stable and positive environment. We focus on positive social connection, treatment for physical and mental health, and treatment for trauma

. Basic requirements for Washington and Madison County Treatment courts include randomized drug screenings two or three times per week, groups with their court counselor three times per week, two outside meetings per
week, holding a full time job/ being a student/ or gaining disability, attending court at least once
monthly, staying up to date with court and probation fees, and attending regular meetings with
assigned case manager to set goals and make action plans to achieve them. Court is open to the public and specific dates and times for courts to be observed can be given to you by a Case Manager at one of the emails below.
