📢 NOTICE: Lobby Closure & Scheduled Maintenance

Due to scheduled maintenance, the Fayetteville Housing Authority Lobby and all areas associated with the Lobby Floor will be closed to the public beginning Friday, August 21 at 8:00 AM through Sunday, August 23 at 12:00 PM.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding during this closure.

During the Closure:
• 🚚 All deliveries must enter through the basement.
• 🚶 All foot traffic must enter through the basement or side door.
• 🛗 Elevators will remain operational during this time.
• 🚫 All areas on the Lobby Floor will be closed to the public.

📢 Office Closure Notice

The Fayetteville Housing Authority office will close today at 12:00 p.m. for staff training and will remain closed through Friday.

We will reopen on Monday during our regular business hours.

In observance of Independence Day, the Fayetteville Housing Authority office will be closed on Friday, July 3.

📢 Notice of Temporary Closure – Wednesday, June 10, 2026

Please be advised that the Hillcrest Towers Lobby and Office will be closed to the public beginning at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, due to scheduled maintenance.

✅ The Lobby will reopen at 5:30 PM on June 10.

✅ The Office will resume normal business hours on Thursday, June 11, 2026.

If you need to submit documents during the closure, please place them in the blue drop box located outside the office.
