Imagine you get a knock on your door and at the door are two police officers and a chaplain and imagine they tell you your daughter has been killed and so has the daughter of her coach and that coach is being airlifted. Imagine then you hear them say the driver was drunk the driver was drunk and drove straight into them. A individual made a choice to drink and drive and he claims it was the first time and that “ one “ time takes away your whole entire world. You can’t breathe you can’t function years pass she should have been graduating and then you realize that the judge in your county YOU voted for is arrested for the same thing except thanks to a State trooper he did NOT cost someone their life. The state trooper stopped his truck with his vehicle. Imagine then the audacity of this judge asking the citizens that voted for him to which he pledged he would uphold the law and took an oath of office for decided this grieving mother should have to pay with her tax dollars his salary. He asked all of us to pay it while he was suspended. He cost us over $114,000.00 and the cost of lost respect for our judicial system. Judge Pearson is a disgrace. Imagine then the mother sees a sign go up across from her therapist office where she still is learning how to live without her daughter and that sign says this crooked , law breaking judge is now running for re-election ask yourself this can you look this mom in the eyes and tell her one reason why he should even be allowed to run? I don’t care If Judge Pearson is your neighbor, is your uncle, or is related to your wife’s best friend. If you vote for a judge who breaks the law you are telling this mom the laws don’t matter and people don’t care about the life of not only her daughter and her daughters best friend but all who are injured and killed by drunk driving. If a judge breaks the law continually and he has. The crooked judge refused a mugshot and demanded preferential treatment he had his record sealed illegally and prematurely and he recently placed up signs without saying who paid for them and his campaign manager takes the blame but the judge who is suppose to know the law proudly posted pictures of he and his son putting them up all over. The flu has had me down and out. Some of you may already know what my next post is about be but here we go ! You expect a Judge of all people to be up to date on the law right ? Perhaps if he practiced in all of the 6 courts he might have a little more knowledge but he has broken the law again while running to be re-elected proof below !!! I’ve always said I would never be PRO any candidate and truly only exposing the truth on the crooked judges but this joker of a judge is making it really freaking hard on me. You need to register today if you haven’t and VOTE Pearson OUT!

I can’t believe Judge Pearson would have the audacity to continually disrespect you the taxpayers and the bench. Judge Pearson’s actions tarnish the bench, district, and our state. Judge Pearson took an oath to office and he failed to uphold that oath. He should have had enough reverence to step down instead he is proving his entitled mindset has not changed and he still believes he is above the law. Judge Pearson wants you to believe that his apology should earn your vote and if you believe that then fine but let me ask you this did you know judge is in fact NOT the most experienced! Pearson only holds 2 out of the 6 courts for our district and has only done 2/6 for the past 11 years ! That’s right your not only paying this “ judge “ his Salary while he was suspended ( over $114,000) you are also not getting your money worth when he is on the bench and his opponent is qualified for all 6. If you vote for Pearson you must have way more money than I do because in my opinion Pearson is a waste of our tax dollars and he is a disgrace to the bench and title of judge. He deserves a great life as a citizen but a judge should be held up and should hold up to the highest moral and ethical standards.

I can not see how you fully support our brave officers and troopers and keep this guy in office ! The disrespect he showed to them as well as to all of us the TAX payers who he promised to be a judge of integrity and then spit on his words and asked us to pay for his 6 month suspension vacation is disgusting.

Crooked Judge Bill Pearson needs to resign ! Do you think one of your loved ones would get their records sealed prematurely?
Oh that’s right they probably wouldn’t run for Judge then get drunk and drive and except preferential treatment thru it all ? The one thing that hasn’t changed with the judge is the way he always expects us the tax payers to pay for his mistakes and for the law not to apply to him.
I would attach a mug shot but he wasn’t made to take one of those either !!!!!

Judge Bill Pearson sent a letter to Judge Langston requesting his dwi conviction to be sealed even though Judge Pearson knew the request was against the law.. You or I could not get our dwi order sealed until 5 years after it happened! That is the law. However Pearson got a special deal because he is a Judge. He took advantage of his position to get preferential treatment - a sweetheart deal. Shame on Judge Pearson for thinking he is better than anyone else.

Judge Pearson’s poor poor pitiful me video is a farce. He is trying to play on the good hearted women and men in our counties. The fact is he after agreeing to uphold the law and be honorable broke the law he is sworn to uphold. He chose to drive drunk and blow thru a checkpoint. He chose to cuss and badger our brave officers and troopers. He chose time and time again to demand preferential treatment. He asked to be paid while off work costing us over $114,000 between paying his salary while on a 6 months suspension and covering the cost of replacement judges. Crooked judge Bill Pearson believes yet again he deserves special treatment and should be re-elected! Franklin , Johnson, and Pope counties need to wake up and spread the word. I also want to say I have no preference in this other candidate running against him other than he hasn’t broken the law. Pearson should have been terminated. If you break the law you should not be allowed to judge others. Judge Pearson should be made to repay his salary and he should have had enough grace to ask forgiveness of his district and our God and the step down. He is a disgrace to our legal system. I personally haven’t seen any dirt being slung by the other candidate I’ve only seen citizens like me standing up his lies and his self pitying. Stay tuned I’m in the works of obtaining to some legal paper work showing where he received preferential treatment and had his records sealed. Sharing is caring we deserve better!
