Billy Richardson for North Carolina Billy was born in New Bern NC, but grew up and went to school in Fayetteville. Served in the NC House of Representatives from 1993 thru 1996.

I am proud and honored to represent the citizens of the 44th House District. As a small businessman, father, and husband who was raised and educated in Cumberland County, I believe that growing North Carolina’s middle class starts with strengthening public education. I am fighting in Raleigh to reverse the cuts to our schools so we can raise teacher pay to the national average and keep the best teachers from leaving North Carolina.
