Holiday Notice: Administrative Offices Closed 📢🇺🇸

In observance of Juneteenth, the Fayette County Fire & EMS administrative offices will be closed Friday, June 19th. We will resume regular business hours on Monday, June 22nd.

As our community gathers to celebrate freedom and reflection, the FCFD family wishes everyone a safe and meaningful holiday weekend.

🚨 Emergency Services Reminder: While our administrative staff is off for the holiday, there is no interruption to public safety operations. Our frontline crews—including all fire stations, EMTs, and Paramedics—remain fully staffed and ready to respond 24/7/365. As always, please dial 911 in the event of an emergency.

At Fayette County Fire & EMS, our mission is rooted in a commitment to protecting and preserving life. Today, we are incredibly proud to recognize four of our own who recently demonstrated extraordinary clinical skill, quick thinking, and decisive action under pressure.

Recognizing advanced trauma interventions, rapid transport coordination, and critical care that directly resulted in a patient surviving a severe, life-threatening traumatic injury.

Today, the Fayette County Fire & EMS family pauses alongside our community to honor the brave servicemen and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation.
As first responders, we hold a deep respect for those who answer the call of duty with absolute selflessness. We are forever grateful for the freedoms secured by their courage and legacy.
To the families of the fallen, and to all who carry the memory of a lost hero—Fayette County remembers with you today.

A special shoutout goes to our frontline EMTs and Paramedics. You answer the call on everyone’s worst days with professionalism, clinical excellence, and unmatched compassion. Fayette County Fire & EMS is strong because of your dedication.
