Cape Fear Regional Bureau For Community Action, Inc. was founded in 1989 by Mr. Ashley Rozier, II, because of the need to have a new-traditional (non-traditional) unorthodox community based organization that would conduct true afternoon, evening, late night, including Sunday and holiday services to various populations that were powerless, disenfranchised and forgotten by the status quo. Rozier bel
ieves that all mankind should be treated as Dr. King said “By the content of their character.” He emphatically believes that the indigent, homeless, working class, felons & LGBT should have equal rights and protections. Rozier is a believer that all in this country should respect not only the Christian community but all religious communities. Females deserve the right to receive equal pay as males. He supports the fact that every human being on earth should have affordable health care; especially the less fortunate should be provided free medical care. Rozier thinks that it is vitally important that all of mankind receive regular physical examinations. He has a special interest in The Bureau providing HIV antibody and syphilis screenings to various communities across North Carolina. Rozier advocates that alcohol and substance abuse users should receive treatment more so than being incarcerated for years in the penal system.
